About Me – Joseph Cooper

I’ve worked in the training and education industry for over 30 years, with experience spanning training delivery, course design, business management, and consultancy. Over that time, I’ve managed businesses, worked alongside organisations across Australia, and supported workforce and training development in a wide range of settings.

I currently live and work in remote Australia, in Arnhem Land, and regularly travel to regional and remote communities to deliver training and consultancy services. Living remote gives me a real understanding of the challenges organisations and communities face — not just on paper, but in day-to-day reality.

I’ve designed and developed online, blended, and face-to-face training programs for businesses, government, RTOs, and community organisations across Australia. My work often involves supporting Registered Training Organisations and government bodies to develop training packages and resources that are practical, culturally appropriate, and suited to regional and remote delivery.

What drives my work is a strong belief that people in remote and regional communities deserve high-quality training, delivered by skilled trainers and supported by resources that actually meet their needs. I focus on creating training that makes sense, works in practice, and leads to real outcomes.

I’m known as a strong problem solver and enjoy working with organisations to find clear, practical solutions — whether that’s improving training systems, developing workforce capability, or designing programs that support long-term growth and confidence.
